Ordering

Can I cancel my kayak order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once a kayak order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should you want to return the kayak(s), we can assist with the refund and return process. As a reminder, you are responsible for the return shipping.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the continental United States. and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge).

Kayak shipping is a little different, we do our best to get your kayak out bi-monthly and the shipping time can take up to 2-3 weeks.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Returns on kayaks is available as long as they are not used and in sellable condition.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
